Lattiform 3D does not collect or transmit names, email addresses, precise location, user-selected STL save paths, STL file contents, or other directly identifying information to Company servers. Remaining free STL exports, selected paths, and files are processed locally on the user’s device.
Microsoft handles purchases, annual Export Pro subscriptions, payments, and license records for the Microsoft Store version. The app checks only whether a subscription is active, and the Company does not receive full payment-card information through the app. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Local app data may be removed when the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared. Users manage exported STL files directly. Lattiform 3D is not intended to collect children’s personal information. Store transaction information for international users may be processed under Microsoft’s applicable terms and policies. We apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

LOLOCam Mobile uses the phone’s built-in camera and a user-connected UVC USB camera for capture. Photos selected by the user are used for brightness and RGB analysis and tensiometry analysis.
- Photos, videos, time-lapse files, and analysis results are stored only on the user’s device or shared media storage.
- Photos captured or used for analysis are not collected by or transmitted to Company servers.
- The app does not require a separate account and does not use SDKs for advertising, user tracking, or behavioral analytics.
The “Full Tensiometry Manual” button opens a public Dropbox PDF in an external browser, where Dropbox’s terms and privacy policy may apply.
Local app data can be removed by uninstalling the app. Users can directly delete media and analysis results stored on the device. Questions about LOLOCam Mobile privacy may be sent to jwlee@cellamount.com.
